Information regarding use of customer inquiries of STX Development
Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose) The present Terms and Conditions aims to define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and users when using the https://domain service (hereinafter referred to as the "service") provided by STX Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Chapter 2: Agreement on use of services
Article 5 (Establishment of agreement of use)
1. The agreement of use shall be established by the Company's approval to the user's consent to the terms and conditions of use and application for use.
2. Regarding the consent to agreement on terms of use, the user reads the present terms and conditions, clicks “Agree” to the question, "Do you agree on the terms and conditions of STX Development Customer Inquiries?" and presses the inquiry button. This act shall be considered expression of consent.
Article 6 (Application for Use)
1. The user of this service must provide information (name, email) requested by the Company.
2. The user who applied for use by stealing another person's identity (name and e-mail) may be punished pursuant to relevant laws and regulations.
Article 7 (Approval of application for use)
1. The Company does not approve the user's use and inquiries in a separate manner.
Article 8 (Change of details of agreement)
1. In case where changes are made in the information registered at the time of customer inquiry, the user can inquire again or change it by a phone call.
Chapter 3. Use of service
Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
1. The Company shall not be engaged in any acts forbidden by relevant laws and these Terms and Conditions or against public order and good morals. The Company shall do its best to provide consistent and stable services as specified in these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Company shall establish a security system to protect users' personal information to assure safe use of service and comply with policy of personal information protection.
3. The Company shall not send advertising emails for commercial purposes that the user who had clearly expressed his / her intention to reject receiving emails of this character.
4. If the Company objectively recognizes that the opinions or complaints raised by the user is legitimate, the Company shall take immediate measures through appropriate procedures. However, if immediate processing is difficult, the Company shall notify the reason and processing schedule to the user.
Article 10 (Obligations of management of member’s user ID and password) This service does not collect member’s user ID and passwords because this service does not require membership registration.
Article 11 (Obligation of the user regarding the overall services) To use the service, the user must not perform any of the actions indicated in the following Paragraphs.
1 The act of illegal use of someone else's identity
2 The act of copying the information obtained from the service for purposes other than the user's use without prior consent of the Company, or using it for publication and broadcasting, or offering it to a third party
3 The act of infringing other rights such as such as copyrights of a third party
4 The act of distributing information, sentences, and figures of contents against public order and good morals to others
5 The act that is objectively judged to be involved in a crime
6 The act that violates other relevant laws
The user is required to comply with the matters stipulated in the present regulations and the service use guide or precautions. The user must obey the restrictions on use posted by the Company in the section of service announcements or separately announced classified by content.
Article 12 (Provision of Information) The Company may provide the user with a range of information deemed necessary during the use of the service by email, telephone, post mail, etc.
Article 13 (Posts of the user) The Company shall strictly keep the contents of the user's inquiries confidential and shall not post them on a separate website.
Article 14 (Hours of service available) In principle, the use of service is available 24 hours a day, all the year round, unless there is a special problem with the duties of the Company or a technical problem. Nonetheless, this shall not apply the day or time set by the Company for the necessity of regular inspection. The Company may divide the service into a certain range and establish the time for availability separately for each range; In this case, the Company shall notify the contents in advance.
Article 15 (Suspension of service provision)
1. The Company may suspend provision of service in any of the cases of the following Paragraphs.
① In case where construction work is inevitable due to repair of service facilities
② In case where telecommunications service operator stipulated in the Telecommunications
Business Act suspended telecommunications service
Chapter 4 Compensation for damages, etc.
Article 16 (Compensation for damages) The Company shall not be responsible for any damages incurred to users related to the use of the service while the service charge is free of charge.
Article 17 (Escape clause) If the Company is not able to provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure equivalent to this, the Company may be exempted from responsibility for service provision. The Company shall not be responsible for any obstacles in the use of the service caused by reasons attributable to the user. The Company shall not be held liable for the reliability and accuracy of the information, data, and facts posted by the user on the service.
If a lawsuit is filed for a dispute arising from the use of the service, the competent court shall be the court under the jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the Company.
